1. Business Model

We operate as an independent e-commerce store using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. Products are manufactured only after an order is placed and are fulfilled by third-party partners, primarily located in the United States.

2. Ordering & Fulfillment

Orders are automatically submitted to production partners upon payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled or modified. Order processing usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable sales tax may apply at checkout depending on your shipping address. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country or jurisdiction.

4. Returns & Refunds

All items are custom-made and sales are final. We only accept returns or issue refunds if the item is damaged upon arrival or incorrect (wrong product or size shipped).

To request a return or replacement, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your request is approved, we may send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Final Sale Policy

All items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for reasons such as customer error, change of mind, or size/fit dissatisfaction.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and selecting the correct product options (such as size, color, and quantity). Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

7. Product Representation

We strive to accurately represent products, but minor variations in print placement, sizing, or color may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production. Mockups are illustrative and may not fully reflect the final delivered item.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping times are based on Printful’s performance standards. Standard fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days. U.S. domestic shipping takes an additional 3 to 4 business days, or 1 to 3 business days for express shipping if selected.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of this store or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using this site and placing an order, you agree that your information may be processed for order fulfillment, payment, and communication purposes.
