Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–4 business days. If you select express shipping at checkout, it may arrive within 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Where do you ship from?

All items are fulfilled and shipped from warehouses located in the United States.

No. All orders are automatically sent to production upon payment confirmation and cannot be modified or cancelled.

No. You can check out as a guest, though creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage preferences.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Can I return a product?

We operate using a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is custom-made for you. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons such as wrong size selection, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a partial/full refund.

What materials are your products made from?

Do you offer size charts?

Yes. Each product includes a detailed size chart. Please refer to it before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect size selections.

Where is your business based?

Our company is legally registered and operated from Cyprus. We do not have a physical presence in the U.S., but all orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
