Production Model: Print on Demand

We operate using a print-on-demand model, which means every product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not keep inventory or ship products ourselves — instead, your items are fulfilled by our trusted production partners located in the United States. This model helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and offer unique, made-to-order products.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and selecting the correct product options (size, color, quantity).
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Product Representation

We aim to accurately represent our products through mockups and descriptions. However, minor variations in color, print alignment, or sizing may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production. Mockup images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the final product.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Production and shipping times are based on Printful’s performance standards. Standard fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days. U.S. domestic shipping takes an additional 3 to 4 business days, or 1 to 3 business days for express shipping if selected.

All items are shipped from U.S. fulfillment centers using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Asendia, depending on destination and shipping method.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (U.S.) shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
• Delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or inaccurate shipping addresses.
Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Custom Product Disclaimer

Because all products are made to order:

• Minor variations in color, size, or print alignment may occur.
• Product previews or mockups are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the final product with 100% accuracy.
• We do not mass-produce or warehouse any items.

Return & Refund Policy

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The item received is different from what was ordered

To request a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will either:

• Send you a replacement free of charge
• Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the case

Taxes & Duties

Prices are listed in USD. Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address (particularly within certain U.S. states).
Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country.

Business Information

This store is operated using a print-on-demand system in partnership with third-party U.S. fulfillment providers. Our business is registered in Cyprus, and we do not have a physical presence in the United States. All customer service, administration, and operations are managed remotely.

Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, incorrect orders, or changes of mind. All products are made to order and considered final sale unless defective or incorrect.

Jurisdiction

This store is legally registered and operated from Cyprus.
We are not a U.S.-based entity and do not maintain a physical presence in the United States.
All legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
